Add and rename sheets
Sheets are the tabs at the bottom. Add one with the plus, rename it by double-clicking.

Press the plus
At the bottom, next to the sheet tabs.

Double-click a tab to rename it
Type the name and press Enter.
Right-click a tab for more, like moving or deleting it.
