Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Dazr browser ("the Browser") or accessing the dazr.eu website ("the Website"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use them.

What Dazr Is

Dazr is a desktop web browser built on Chromium, made independently in Europe. The Browser is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use.

License

The Dazr browser is provided as-is for your use. You may install and use it on any number of devices. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Browser beyond what is permitted by applicable law
• Redistribute the Browser under a different name or brand
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding
• Use the Browser to conduct illegal activities

The Website and Search

The dazr.eu website provides information about the Browser and hosts a search proxy service. The search service forwards your queries to upstream search providers and returns results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of search results.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape the Website or search service at scale
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the Website's infrastructure
• Use the search service for purposes other than personal web searching

Open-Source Components

The Browser includes open-source components (Chromium, Ghostery ad blocking engine, filter lists, and others) that are subject to their own licenses. These licenses are preserved and respected. Your use of these components is governed by their respective licenses in addition to these terms.

Updates

The Browser may check for updates from our servers. Updates are optional and require your confirmation before installation. We may release updates that add features, fix bugs, or address security issues. We are not obligated to provide updates on any schedule.

No Warranty

The Browser and Website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Browser will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We are not responsible for:

• Data loss resulting from Browser use or malfunction
• Websites that do not function correctly due to ad blocking, fingerprint protection, or other privacy features
• Interruptions to the search service or website availability
• Actions taken by third-party services (DNS providers, geolocation services, filter list maintainers)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dazr and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Browser or Website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Browser (which is zero).

Privacy

Your privacy is covered by our Privacy Policy. These terms incorporate the Privacy Policy by reference.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which the developer resides. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Browser or Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
