An incident is anything that goes wrong with security or personal data: a stolen laptop, a phishing email someone clicked. Log it right away and add detail later.

In Incidents, top right.

Fill in what you know
A title, how serious it is and what happened. The rest can wait.
For personal data, GDPR gives you 72 hours to tell the supervisory authority when people are at risk.

Press Save
It is in the list, with its own clock for the deadlines.
