Suggest changes instead of editing

In Reviewing mode, every change you make is marked. The others accept or reject each one.

    Press Editing

    At the top right, above the ribbon.

    Press Editing

    Choose Reviewing

    Edits become tracked changes.

    Choose Reviewing

    Accept or reject

    On the Review tab, Accept or Reject each change, or all of them at once.
