Print a document

Print opens your computer's print window, where you choose the printer and the pages.

    Press File

    At the top left of the ribbon. Or press Ctrl and P.

    Press File

    Choose Print

    Your computer's print window opens. Pick the printer and press Print.

    Choose Print

    Most browsers can also save a PDF from that window. Export does the same.
