You do not need to make a PDF yourself. Upload a Word file and Dazr Sign turns it into a PDF in your browser, ready for the fields.

Upload the Word file
On New document, drop the .docx file or choose it.
Old Word files (.doc) cannot be converted. Save them as .docx in Word first.

Check the pages, then add who signs and the fields as usual.
