Two ways to sell Microsoft 365 as a Cloud Solution Provider, as Microsoft describes them.
You buy through an authorised distributor, who can help with billing and support. You need a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program membership and a partnership with a distributor.
You buy from Microsoft and sell, bill, manage and support your customers yourself. Microsoft asks for, among other things, 12 months as an indirect reseller, USD 1 million in CSP revenue over the last 12 months and a paid support plan.
Every CSP partner passes Microsoft’s business verification when it joins, and again every year to keep selling.
