The Send button says Next
Until a document is ready, the Send button says what to do next, and pressing it takes you there.

Read the button
Next who signs, Next where they sign, or Send when everything is there.

Press it
The message next to it says exactly what is missing, and the cursor goes there.

Every signer needs a field
Choose the person under Fields and press Signature.
