The admin runs the move for everyone. Nobody has to do anything per person.
In your Dazr organisation, press Open the switch. You need a verified company domain and a Dazr Mail mailbox for each person whose mail moves.
A Global Administrator approves Dazr once, read only. Dazr never changes anything at Microsoft, and only accepts a Microsoft 365 that uses your verified domain.
Tick the people who move and what moves for each of them: files, mail, contacts and calendar. Then press Start moving.

Add the records Dazr shows where you bought your domain. Dazr checks them and tells you when you can cancel Microsoft 365.
New mail keeps coming over until you switch your domain to Dazr, so nothing is lost on the day.

How long does the move take?
Dazr moves up to four people at a time and waits when Microsoft asks it to. Large organisations take hours to days.
Does anything change in our Microsoft 365?
No. Dazr only reads. Nothing changes at Microsoft, and you cancel Microsoft 365 yourself once your mail runs on Dazr.
Do our people have to do anything?
No. The admin runs the move for everyone. People sign in to Dazr and find their files, mail, contacts and calendar there.
What does the move cost?
Nothing. There is no fee to move: you pay only for your Dazr plan, and Starter and Pro start with 14 days free.
